What you get
Stratos Command is a hosted Microsoft 365 support platform. Your organization workspace includes AI-guided troubleshooting, request escalation, and audit logs — with Pro adding per-seat billing, Microsoft CSP provisioning, and SAML SSO.
First steps
- Sign up and verify your email — free workspaces include one seat and full Stratos Support access.
- Create or join an organization — rename your workspace during onboarding if you purchased Pro.
- Open Stratos Support and start a session for any M365 scenario — Teams, Exchange, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, or Copilot.
When you need a human
If AI guidance is not enough, open a request from the same conversation. A specialist continues with full context — no need to repeat your issue from scratch.
Pro workspaces
Pro adds per-seat billing, multi-member invites, and SAML SSO. After workspace rename, owners submit a Microsoft CSP provisioning intake with tenant and licensing details. Stratos completes setup before invites and SSO unlock.
